Fun in the Studio in the comfort of whatever outfit you like
Do you have a kid who will only dress as Spiderman? Yup, I'm looking at you. Bring them as Spiderman! Let them be who they are and jump/spray webs, these make amazing pictures!
Does Grandad go everywhere with a tie? Then I wouldn't expect him to rock up as Spiderman, that wouldn't represent him, or would it? haha
The key to the portraits I take is that they be timeless & represent you/your family as they are now!
How it Works
Step 01
Getting comfortable
On entering the studio I will not ask you to do a dance or sing a song. There is no need to be nervous and I hope that you feel calm as you enter the studio, forgetting all the stresses of getting the kids out the door - we've all been there!
I have a few toys if kids need some time to settle, spare hairbrush if you got caught in the rain. There is no rush to get you infront of the camera. Let's get to know each other.
Step 02
Being your beautiful selves
Not many photographers will ask you not to look at them! Not for every photo anyway. If I am capturing your family, I'd love for it to be natural. Let's jump on Dad. Let's tickle Mum. Let's scream the ABC as loud as we can. I've been known to throw out a great rendition of Baby Shark!
If you want more posed pictures, don't fancy giving your 90 year old gran a lift, then it is all possible! Please do not worry, we will discuss what you'd like before you arrive.
Step 03
Creating your gallery
This is the hardest part of MY job! I have a trait of 'Overshooting' and generally have a memory card FULL of images I want you to see.
I will usually touch up colour/brightness on your images, and remove the odd spot/bruise if you have discussed this with me at the shoot. I will not remove any marks without your request. Larger edits such as head swapping will incur extra charges.
Step 04
Choosing memories to treasure
I will then email you over a password secured link to view your watermarked Gallery in the comfort of your own home. The Gallery will be active for 7 days to allow you time to choose your included images for your package, and discuss if you'd like to purchase extras. Your favourited images will then be sent over to you in full size for you to download and keep forever.

Where is the studio?Auchtermuchty, located in an office space in Linburn House on Station Road

Do you do newborn photography?This is not something I specialise in, but I am always happy to take family portraits with the newborn supported

What is your opening times?I am flexible regarding opening times and will always try to accommodate, morning, afternoon, evening and weekends. Please just contact me to ask

Can I buy extra images from my shoot?Of course. I offer a flat fee for individual extra images, and discounts for the more extras you'd like

Do you have a changing room?There is a small discrete screened area in the studio, but also a small toilet where you may also change
